Firearms Policy

• Long Guns: Must be 18 years or older to purchase.

• Handguns: Must be 21 years or older and a resident of the state.

• All firearm purchases require the buyer to pass a BCI Background Check ($12.50).

• All transactions must be completed in-store; online purchases are not finalized until in-person verification is completed.
